Product Usage
After facial cleansing, open the mask and apply flat on the face. Use fingers to gently adjust the mask until it is properly attached to the face. Wait for 15 to 20 minutes before removing the mask. Pat the essence on the face gently until it is fully absorbed by the skin. Cleanse face once again by individual preference even though not necessary.

Avoid direct contact of this product with eyes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water immediately. If any discomfort or irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately. Keep out of reach of children, do not ingest, for external use only. For those with sensitive skin, it is recommended to conduct a patch test before use. Due to the plant extracts in this product, there may be slight variations in color and scent depending on the raw materials, which is normal. Not suitable for children under three years old.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
