1. Organizer:
   The “WATSONS MEMBERS SHOPPED ON 28/2/2022 & 28 MEMBERS WIN RM800 SHOPPING VOUCHER CONTEST”  (“Contest”) is organized by Watson’s Personal Care Store Sdn Bhd (“the Organizer”/ “Watsons”)
   
   The Contest  will run from 28 February 2022 (from 12:00am) to 28 February 2022 (up to 11:59pm) “Contest Period”)
   
   * The Terms & Conditions of this Contest may be varied by Watsons prior to the commencement of the Contest date.
   
    
2. Eligibility:
   2.1 This Contest  is open to all active registered WATSONS card members, issued by WATSONS MALAYSIA only.  
   
   2.2 Participant must be eligible to participate in this Contest :
   2.2.1  be 18 years of age and above;
   2.2.2  has a Watsons member account which is active throughout the Contest Period. Active means Watsons member card is activated or registered with contactable member’s details.
   
   2.3 The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest :
   2.3.1  Watsons’ permanent and/or contract employees and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
   
   2.4 The eligible Contest  entry excludes purchases of Touch ‘n Go Reload, Pin Top-Up, Refunds, other non-retail spends and delivery charges for Watsons Online Store.
   
   2.5 The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion to extend the Contest’s period at any time without prior notice to the participant (‘The Extended Period’). The Extended Period will be announced at Watsons official website. Any contest during this Extended Period (if any) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions as per this letter which shall remain in full force and effect.
   
    
3. The Contest
   3.1 How to participate?
   Step 1: Register your member card
   - Member must be registered with valid mobile number and email address.
   - Member can submit their member card registration via Watsons official website (https://www.watsons.com.my/register/main) or Watsons mobile app.
   
   Step 2: Purchase any items with no minimum spend at all Watsons stores and online to be eligible for one (1) entry per Watsons member
   
   Step 3: 28 Lucky Members who shopped at any Watsons store and online on 28 February 2022 (from 12:00am) to 28 February 2022 (up to 11:59pm) will win RM800 Watsons Shopping Voucher* (RM800 Preloaded Gift card will issue for each winner)
   
   3.2 Contest prizes
   3.2.1  Purchase any items with no min spend at any Watsons store and online on 28/2/2022 to stand a chance to win RM800 Watsons Shopping Voucher *

   3.3 Winner selection logic
   
   3.3.1  Lucky 28 Watsons members who shopped at any Watsons store and online will be selected among all the other transactions by 28 February 2022, and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizer.  If Watsons unable to contact the lucky member several attempts within 7 days from the time deemed by the Organizer, Watsons reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Watsons on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
   
   3.3.2  The risks of redeeming prizes are in the hands of the prize winners. All relevant costs and expenses to redeem one’s prizes are borne by the winners themselves.
   
   3.3.3  The decisions made by the judges/the Organizer are final, binding and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kinds of medium will not be entertained.
   
   3.3.4  The winner is bound by the terms and conditions that comes with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.
   
   3.3.5  The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept prize by the winner once informed via Watsons Malaysia when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner and Watsons reserves it rights to award the prize to another winner. Any cancellation and/ or refund request once the booking of the prize has been made is strictly not allowed.
   
   3.3.6  Participants are required to provide accurate and valid personal information in order to validate the registration for the Contest. Any inaccurate or incomplete details shall render the participation void.
   
   3.3.7  The Organizer reserves the right to, in their discretion, cancel, vary or suspend the Contest should technical errors or other causes beyond its control affect the administration, security or proper operation of the Contest.
   
   3.3.8.  Organizer reserves the rights to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification to Participants.
   
   
   3.4 Winners announcement
   3.4.1  Winners announce will be made within 10 working days on Watsons Malaysia Facebook.
   
   
   3.5 Contest period
   3.5.1  28 February 2022 (from 12:00am) to 28 February 2022 (up to 11:59pm)
   
   
   3.6 Contest participant eligibility
   3.6.1  The Organizer reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the prizes with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. All prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
   
   3.6.2  All prizes given are on “as is” basis. The title in the prizes and any risk of loss or damage to the prizes is passed to the prize winners upon physical delivery of the prizes to the prize winners. The Organizer, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for the misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss, expenses, costs, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with and/or the prizes associated with this Promotion.
   
   
   3.7 Other Contest Details & Terms and Conditions
   3.7.1  Watsons’ decisions on any matter relating to this Contest are final and binding on all participants.  If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Watsons.
   3.7.2  Watsons may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Contest and extending the Contest Period. Any such changes will be announced on our website or official Facebook page.
   3.7.3  By participating in the Contest, all participants: -
   3.7.3.1   consent for The Organizer to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest; and
   3.7.3.2   consent for Watsons to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that Watsons sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
   3.7.3.3   grant The Organizer the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
   
    
4. Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”):
   
   4.1 By participating in this Contest,  Participants  provide their consent to allow Watsons Malaysia to collect, use, and disclose their personal data to any agent and/or third party, all personal data of the Participants  provided by the Participants  pursuant to this Contest for any and all purposes relating to this Contest and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of Watsons Malaysia including, without limitation for the running of this contest and or any event or publicity of the contest in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
   
   4.2 The Participants  acknowledge that Watsons Malaysia are authorized to process the personal data provided pursuant to this Contest in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found on http://www.watsons.com.my/privacy-policy.
   
   4.3 The Organiser shall require its agents and/or third party service provider to handle Participants personal information using the same level of care that the Organiser applies. Organiser shall also require them to only use Participant’s personal information in accordance with the Organiser’s instructions.
   
   4.4 In providing the Participants’ contact number, email address or other contact information, Participants agree that the Organiser and/or its agents and/or its third party service provider may contact them by telephone, mobile phone email or other such method.

5. The Contest  and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Contest .
   
    
6. Gift Card T&C

• Value balance in Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash.
• Gift Card should be presented at the time of purchase.
• The value stored in Gift Card expires 1 year from the date of purchase / top up. Once the gift card has expired, it will no longer be redeemable and no refund will be given.
• The value in this Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other Gift Cards’ value and cannot be void/refund.
• Purchase and top up of gift card will not entitle for earn point.
• Watsons is not liable for any loss, damage, theft or unauthorized use of Gift Card. Gift card cannot be replaced and refund if lost, stolen or unauthorized usage occurs.
