12.12 Year End Sale – Play & Win Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser :

The “Watsons 12.12 Play & Win” Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Watson’s Personal Care Store Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”/ “Watsons”) which will run during the promotion period below or any other duration specified by the Organiser (“Promotion Period”).

• 6 December 2021 (starts at 12:00am) to 14 December 2021 (ends at 11:59pm)

1. Eligibility :

This Promotion is open to all Watsons Malaysia’s Web & Mobile App users (“Eligible Participants”).

• Participants must be 18 years of age and above;
• Participants must have an active Watsons member account which shall remain active throughout the Promotion Period.
• Watsons members must ensure that their member’s card is activated and/or registered with contactable member’s details.

1. Promotion Period :

• Starts on 6 December 2021 at 12:00 am and ends on 14 December 2021 at 11:59pm.
• The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Promotion Period at any time without prior notice to any party (‘The Extended Period’). The Extended Period will be announced on Watsons official website. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions’) shall continue to govern the Promzotion during such Extended Period (if any) and shall remain in full force and effect.

1. Promotion Mechanics :

1. How to participate?
   • Eligible Participants can play this game via Watsons Malaysia’s Web or Mobile App during the Promotion Period.
   • Eligible Participants must collect at least 1200 points before the game ends in order to get the RM18 off promo code.
   • RM30 off promo code will be revealed if Eligible Participants are able to collect more than 1,200 points before the game ends.
2. Promotion prizes
   • The available prizes during the Promotion Period are listed as per the table below:

1. All promotional vouchers shall be subject to the terms and conditions of each of the vouchers issued.
2. All promotional vouchers received by the Eligible Participants can be used at Watsons Malaysia’s Web and Mobile App.
3. Winners will need to apply the promo code during check-out to enjoy the promotion and each promo code can be used once only.
4. All promo codes are not available for ENSURE products, GLUCERNA products, selected BRANDS products, Fresh, SK-II, Origins, Estee Lauder, Supplier Direct Delivery and consignment products and is subject to a fixed limit on a first come first serve basis.

1. Promotion Participant Eligibility

• “Watsons” reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the vouchers/prizes with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated vouchers/prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. All vouchers/prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
• The visual of the vouchers/prizes in www.watsons.com.my or any official promotional materials for this Promotion serves as illustration purposes only.
• All vouchers/prizes are used/accepted entirely at the risk of the winners at all times and the Organiser excludes all responsibility in connection with any voucher/prize to the extent permitted by law.
• All vouchers/prizes given are on “as is” basis. The Organiser, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for the misuse of any of the vouchers/prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss, expenses, costs, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with and/or the vouchers/prizes associated with this Promotion.

1. All vouchers /prizes are also subject to the Terms & Conditions.

• Each Eligible Participants is entitled to one voucher only and it is not transferable, not exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
• Vouchers must not be sold and may become void if this condition is breached.
• All Vouchers are subject to a fixed limit and on a first-come, first basis.
• Each voucher can only be redeemed once (applicable for unique code vouchers only)
• Watsons reserves the right to refuse to accept any voucher if members do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions set out herein.
• Should any disputes arise, the decision of “Watsons” shall be conclusive, final and binding.

1. Other Promotion Details & Terms and Conditions

• Watsons’ decisions on any matter relating to this Promotion are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Watsons.
• Watsons may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Promotion and extending the Promotion Period. Any such changes will be announced on our website or official Facebook page.
• By participating in the Promotion, all participants:-
  • consent for Watsons to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion; and
  • consent for Watsons to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that Watsons sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
  • grant Watsons the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
