Terms and Condition

Contest Period

The Contest Period is starting from 25th November 2021 until 29th December 2021, 11:59 pm.

Eligibility

1. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above (as at the date of participation in this Contest) holding a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card only (“Participants”).
2. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the contest: Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses); and/ or representatives, employees, servants and/ or agents of advertising and/ or promotion service providers of organizer including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters including spouses).

Mechanics

1. Purchase any Senka / Tsubaki / Anessa Range product to enter this Contest.
2. Fill in the form and upload the purchase receipt. ( https://bit.ly/3kEC2uJ )
3. Keep your receipt as the proof of purchase in the event you are selected as one of the winners.
4. Winners will be selected and the announcement will be uploaded to Senka / Tsubaki / Anessa’s Social Media on 5 January 2021.

2. Superdry RM300 voucher x10 units
3. Japanese Gifts worth RM50 x 20 units

Terms & conditions

1. My Japanese Beauty Spend & Win Contest will run from 25th November 2021 until 29th December 2021, 11:59 pm. [“Contest Period”]. The Organiser reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.
2. To participate, you must be a Malaysian resident, aged 18 years and above.
3. This contest applies to ONLY SENKA / TSUBAKI / ANESSA products.
4. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of participants’ details in conjunction with this contest.
5. The eligible winners will then be contacted via telephone/email/personal message on Instagram or Facebook within eight (8) weeks from the end of the contest period. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another three (3) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours of the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next qualified participant. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the eligible winners cannot be contacted for whatsoever reasons.
6. The Contest Prizes:
   a) Branded Earbuds x 3 units
   b) Superdry RM300 voucher x10 units
   c) Japanese Gifts worth RM50 x 20 units
7. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the Organiser reserves the right to extend the prize delivery period.
8. Each participant is eligible to only win one (1) of the prizes during the Contest Period.
9. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to increase or reduce the number of prizes or substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable.
10. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage to belongings, or claims resulting from participation in this contest, and participants shall indemnify the organizer in relation to the same.
11. By participating in this contest, participants consent to give their personal information, and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising, and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant waives their right to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
12. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Rules and Regulations or even cancel the contest without any prior notice at any time and the participants agree to be bound to such changes.
14. The Organisers’ decision is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeals, or protests will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no further action will be taken against the Organiser.
15. The Organiser collects personally identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By the participant submitting personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies or partners for their independent use.
