Malaysia CNY January Contest TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Organiser
1.1 This " Malaysia CNY January Contest" (“Contest”) is organised by La Roche-Posay under the Organiser, L’Oréal Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Company No. 199401042730 / 328418-A). This Contest shall be governed by the Specific Terms and the General Terms as particularly detailed hereinunder (collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).
SPECIFIC TERMS
2. Contest Period
2.1 This Contest will run from January 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM to February 28, 2025 at 11:59:59PM Malaysian time (“the Contest Period”).
3. Contest Mechanic and Entry Method
3.1 Eligible Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries for this Contest. One valid, eligible receipt/ transaction qualify for one entry. To participate, Eligible Participants are required to:
a) Purchase a minimum of RM200.00 worth of La Roche-Posay products (nett purchase amounts, after all discounts or vouchers have been applied) in a single, eligible receipt/ transaction during the Contest Period through:
i. In-Store purchases from any of the following outlets in Malaysia:-
- Watsons
- BIG Pharmacy
- Caring Pharmacy
or
ii. Online purchases from:
- Watsons Official Store at https://www.watsons.com.my/
- BIG Pharmacy Official Store at https://www.caring2u.com/
- Caring Pharmacy Official Store at https://bigpharmacy.com.my/
For the avoidance of doubt, in-store purchases and online purchases from online marketplaces, e- commerce platforms, and other outlets that are not stated herein are not eligible for participation in the Contest.
b) Submit an entry by sending a clear photo of the official receipt as proof of purchase, along with the Participant’s full name as per NRIC and date of purchase via WhatsApp application to the number +6011-3613 3580 during the Contest Period. In the same submission, submit the answer to the following question: What is your favourite La Roche-Posay product and why? (no word limit)
c) All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Unclear, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries shall be disqualified. The Organizer reserves the right to request for the original, hardcopy of the official receipt (if applicable) and any other form of proof of purchase and/or proof of identification for verification purpose. Entries submitted based on voided, refunded, cancelled and/or fraudulent transactions/ purchases shall be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection Process
4.1 A total of TEN (10) Winners will be selected by the Organizer, in its sole and absolute discretion at the end of the Contest Period based on the creativity and originality of the answer to Item 3.1(b), supported by the eligible proof of purchase. The selection is subject to full completion of the Contest Mechanic and Entry Method. The Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding, no further correspondence, appeals and attempts to dispute the Organiser’s decision shall be entertained.

5. Winner Announcement
5.1 After the end of Contest Period, the Winners will be contacted according to the WhatsApp phone number used for the Entry submission (“Notification”). Notwithstanding anything stated herein, the Organiser reserves its right to announce the Winners by any reasonable means as it deems fit.
5.2 Unless mentioned otherwise in the Notification, all Winners are responsible to respond to the Notification within seven (7) working days from the date of Notification. If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to the Organiser and/or its appointed agency within the stipulated period, or fails to comply with the instructions given by the Organiser for the redemption of Prizes, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and forfeit the respective Prize and/or to select a replacement winner based on the same criteria at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
6. Prizes
6.1 A total of TEN (10) Winners will be selected to win the following Prizes:-
- FIVE (5) Winners will be selected to win the Grand Prize: “1 GRAM GOLD TOKEN” worth approximately RM550.00 each;
- FIVE (5) Winners will be selected to win the Consolation Prize: “TNG RELOAD CREDIT” worth RM200.00 each.
(each shall be referred to as a “Prize”, and collectively as the “Prizes”)
6.2 The Prizes are not transferable, not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, voucher, merchandise or any other substitutes and they are subject to additional terms and conditions, if any. In the event the prize vouchers contain a specific date of utilization or redemption, no requests for extensions, replacements or refunds shall be entertained.
6.3 Pictures of Prizes shown on the Redemption announcements are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item. Price shown (if any) is correct at the time of publishing.
