Terms and Conditions:

The Contest is organized and managed by Tohtonku Sdn Bhd (also named “the Organiser”) and will be conducted on the following Terms and Conditions:

By entering this Giveaway, the participant(s) agree to be bound by these rules.

This Contest will commence on 1^st March 2024 and end on 30^th April 2024 (“Giveaway Period”).

Eligibility:

The participant must be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12 digits) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation. Besides, the participant needs to be a Watsons Member.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in said Contest:

Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (and its related companies) and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses); and
Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses).

Participation Steps:

1. Purchase any Kristin Ess Hair product(s) with a min. spend RM100 on a single receipt at any Watsons outlets in Malaysia (inclusive of the online platform).
2. Submit your receipt via WhatsApp to +6016-216 1613 along with details NAME>, NUMBER> & photo of
  - Each receipt (proof of purchase) can be used once and is considered as one valid contest entry only.
  - Participants may submit multiple receipt(s) with different proof of purchase and accumulate to achieve Top Spender (purchase quantity by unit) to win the prize.

Winners Selection:

Participants with the highest accumulated purchase quantity (by unit) of Kristin Ess Hair products(s) during the Contest Period will be qualified as Top Spenders (“Winners”). The highest purchase quantity (by unit) by the individual will be tabulated using the submitted IC number as a reference. The Grand Prize Winners must possess their transportation to the designated salon for the hair makeover.

Prize Redemption:

Winners must provide details requested by the Organiser/appointed agent within 7 days after the notification and before the delivery of the prize. The prizes will be posted to the winners’ home addresses.

If the Organiser is required to post/courier a prize to a winner, the Organiser/appointed agent will not be held liable for non-receipt of the prize or damages caused during the delivery process. No requests for replacement and/or exchange of prizes will be entertained.

Other Terms:

Tohtonku Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for entries that are incomplete or have invalid information.
Tohtonku Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify any participants without notice at any point during the Contest or after he/she is found to have not fulfilled the prerequisites of the Contest before participation.
Tohtonku Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute/replace any of the prizes with any other items of similar value at any time.
The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw/amend the Contest without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Participants agree if so required, to participate in publicity events without any compensation or fees. Tohtonku Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use the name, address, mobile number, photograph, particulars, and/or documents of the Participants or winners for advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time without any royalty or compensation given to the Participants or winners.
Tohtonku Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the rules of the Contest without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either on Tohtonku's official website/Facebook Page.
Tohtonku Sdn Bhd retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property contained within the Contest and owns the copyright to all content within.
Personal Data of the Participants will be collected by Tohtonku Sdn Bhd/appointed agent. Additionally, by participating in this Contest, the Participants hereby agree to the terms and conditions of Tohtonku Sdn. Bhd.’s Privacy Notice is listed at

Tohtonku Sdn Bhd/appointed agent will not be responsible for any technical errors that occur in Internet access, telecommunications networks, or any other reasons that prevent entry to the Contest.
Tohtonku Sdn Bhd/affiliates/directors/employees/appointed agent will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred by the participants in the process of joining the Contest to the extent as may be permitted by law. The total and aggregate liability of Tohtonku Sdn Bhd to the Participants including and not limited to any claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, for breach of statutory duty, awarding and use, misuse, or possession of the prizes, any form of loss, damage or personal injury, death as may be permitted by law shall not exceed the amount of RM100 per Participant.
The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest are final including the determination of the winners. No further correspondence will be entertained.

Governing Laws:

The laws of Malaysia shall govern the terms and conditions of this Contest including all matters arising from or about this Contest.
