"Watsons Weekly Credit Contest"

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Organiser
1. This "Watsons Weekly Credit Contest" (“Contest”) is organised by Garnier under the Organiser, L’Oréal Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Company No. 199401042730 / 328418-A). This Contest shall be governed by the Specific Terms and the General Terms as particularly detailed hereinunder (collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”). The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to any person at any time, to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions herein.

SPECIFIC TERMS

Contest Period
1. This Contest will run from November 1, 2024 at 12:00:00 AM to November 30, 2024 at 11:59:59PM Malaysian time (“the Contest Period”).

Contest Mechanic and Entry Method
1. Eligible Participants are allowed to submit only one (1) entry for this Contest. To participate, Eligible Participants are required to:
  1. Purchase any Garnier Skin Care products (inclusive of minimum 1 unit of Garnier Bright Complete Vitamin C Booster Serum 30ml) from any range from participating Watsons outlets in Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) or from Watsons Official Online Store at https://watsons.com.my/ during the Contest Period.

For the avoidance of doubt, in-store purchases and online purchases from online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and other outlets that are not stated herein are eligible for participation in the contest as long as it meets the purchase requirement on receipt. This includes purchases from Watsons via e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc…

1. 1. Submit an entry by sending a clear photo of the receipt ensuring it includes the purchase of any Garnier Skin Care products (inclusive of 1 Garnier Bright Complete Vitamin C Booster Serum), along with the participant's full name as per NRIC and date of birth to the number +6017-3882826 via WhatsApp application during the stated Contest Period. Ensure that details of the receipt can be read and identified clearly in the photo sent to the specified WhatsApp number.

1. 1. All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Unclear, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries shall be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to request for the original, hardcopy of the official receipt (if applicable) and any other form of proof of purchase and/or proof of identification for verification purpose. Entries submitted based on voided, refunded, cancelled and/or fraudulent transactions/ purchases shall be disqualified.

Winner Selection Process
1. A total of forty (40) Winners* will be selected throughout the Contest Period, based on the highest amount spent on Garnier products (inclusive of minimum 1 unit of Garnier Bright Complete Vitamin C Booster Serum 30ml), in a single, eligible transaction (nett purchase amounts, after all discounts or vouchers have been applied) during the Contest Period, subject to full compliance and completion of the Contest Mechanic and Entry Method. The Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding, no further correspondences, appeals and attempts to dispute the Organiser’s decision shall be entertained.

*The forty (40) Winners comprise of ten (10) Weekly Prize Winners selected from all qualified Entries received from each of the Contest Week during the Contest Period/ Contest Week 1-4 as per following:-

Contest Week 1: 1 to 10 November 2024
Contest Week 2: 11 to 17 November 2024
Contest Week 3: 18 to 24 November 2024
Contest Week 4: 25 to 30 November 2024

(each shall be referred to as the “Winner”, and collectively as the "Winners")

Winner Announcement
1. The Organiser will announce Winners after the end of Contest Period on the Garnier and/or Watsons’ official website

/ Facebook page, the Winners will be contacted according to the phone number and particulars provided by the Winners (“Notification”). The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failure to contact the Winners resulting from invalid or wrong contact information provided. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, the Organiser reserves its right to announce the Winners by any reasonable means as it deems fit.

1. Unless mentioned otherwise in the Notification, all Winners are responsible to respond to the Notification within seven (7) working days from the date of Notification. If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to the Organiser and/or its appointed agency within the stipulated period, or fails to comply with the instructions given by the Organiser for the redemption of Prizes, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and forfeit the respective Prize and/or to select a replacement winner based on the same criteria at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

Prizes
1. A total of forty (40) Winners will be selected throughout the Contest Period: All Winners will win a Touch n' Go e- wallet Reload PIN worth RM100.00 each.
2. The Prizes are not transferable, not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, voucher, merchandise or any other substitutes and they are subject to additional terms and conditions, if any. In the event the Prizes contain a specific date of utilization or redemption, no requests for extensions, replacements or refunds shall be entertained.

6.2 Pictures of Prizes shown on the Contest announcements are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item. Price shown (if any) is correct at the time of publishing.
