TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONTEST PERIOD
1. This “Eucerin Watsons Contest” (“Contest”) organized by Beiersdorf Malaysia Pte Ltd (“Organizer”) will run from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024, at Watsons stores in Malaysia.
ELIGIBILITY
2. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and Malaysian permanent residents aged 18 years and above (as of the date of participation in this contest) holding a valid Malaysia National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) only (“Participants”).
3. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the contest: Employees of the Organizer, including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); and/or representatives, employees, servants, and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organizer, including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
ENTRY
4. The method of entry is outlined below:
- Step 1: Purchase RM200 & above on Eucerin Spotless Brightening product(s), including 1 unit of Spotless Brightening Booster Serum 30ml in a single receipt from any Watsons store in Malaysia during the contest period.
- Step 2: Redeem GWP from Watsons cashier.
- Step 3: Search for surprise ticket in the GWP & stand a chance to win giveaway with total worth over RM1,000,000.
- Step 4: Scan 'Redeem Here' QR Code & submit Google form during the contest period & provide valid proof of purchase (photo of original purchase receipt) & photo of surprise ticket.
To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:
i. abides by the contest T&C;
ii. be aged 18 or above;
iii. reside in Malaysia; and
iv. not be an existing employee of Beiersdorf.
5. Only original purchase receipts from Watsons stores in Malaysia dated during the Contest Period will be accepted.
6. By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the contest.
7. Entries with incomplete information will be disqualified.
8. The contest duration and participation period are as follows:
- Start Period: 00:00:00 on 1 October 2024
- End Period: 23:59:59 on 31 December 2024
9. All submissions with valid receipts must be uploaded and submitted before the end of the Contest Period as mentioned above to qualify for the contest.
10. The total giveaway is worth over RM1,000,000 throughout the Contest Period and includes the following prizes:

11. Each submission is allowed to win only one (1) Mystery Gift as shown on the ticket during the period from 1 October to 31 December 2024.
SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
12. Allocation of prizes is based on randomized packing. Winners are required to submit the Google form within the contest period. We will make three attempts to contact the winners via the registered mobile number.
13. Winners must respond when we call (condition 1) and be available to receive the prize at the time and date determined by us (condition 2). In the event a winner does not fulfill both conditions (1) and (2), we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.
14. The Organizer reserves the right to request for original proof of purchase, original surprise ticket, written proof of the last 3 numerical digits and letter of NRIC, and age of any winner before the prize is given out or collected.
DISQUALIFICATION
15. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude participants and/or revoke the prize if:
i. the submission is ineligible or does not meet any of the eligibility criteria set out above; or
ii. the submission does not provide the required details upon submission; or
iii. the submission breaches the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the contest or violates any applicable laws or regulations; or
iv. in the Organizer’s sole determination, it believes that the participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the contest by fraud, cheating, or deception.
PRIZES REDEMPTION
16. The Organizer might publish the names of the winners on the EUCERIN Malaysia Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/EucerinMY) and/or EUCERIN Malaysia Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/eucerin_my) within sixty (60) working days after the end of the contest period.
17. The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to this contest, including but not limited to the eligibility to participate, the selection of the participants for this contest, shall be final and binding. No further correspondence, appeals, protests, or attempts to dispute the same shall be entertained.
18. Participants are required to submit all details on the Google form during the contest period for prizes to be arranged accordingly.
19. Any cost incurred during the prize redemption/collection process, e.g., tax, transportation, is to be borne by the participants. Should there be any damage/loss of the prizes during delivery, the Organizer will not be responsible/liable to replace or compensate.
20. Prizes will be delivered to the address provided within sixty (60) working days after the end of the contest period and are not allowed to be changed, transferred, or exchanged for any other forms. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, exchange or substitute the prizes with another prize of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.
PRIVACY NOTICE
21. By participating, all participants agree and consent to their personal data being collected, processed, and used by the Organizer in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Notice, which is made available on the EUCERIN Malaysia Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/EucerinMY) and/or EUCERIN Malaysia Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/eucerin_my).
22. In addition, and without prejudice to the terms in the Organizer’s Privacy Notice, participants agree and consent to their personal data or information being collected, processed, and used by the Organizer for:
i. the purposes of this contest;
ii. marketing and promotional activities conducted in such manner as the Organizer sees fit in any media, including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations, or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from the participants. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, as well as responses and related photographs.
23. The Organizer values the personal information that participants share. The personal information collected is with the consent of the participant and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) document available on the official website of the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia. By submitting an entry, participants agree and consent to the organizer (including its appointed suppliers and/or agents) collecting, using, disclosing, and sharing amongst themselves the contents of participants’ personal information, for the purpose of contacting, verifying, and administering the contest prizes redemption.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
24. The Organizer’s decision is final, and we reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions contained herein at any time as deemed fit without prior notice, including but not limited to the Contest Period where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons, and any such amendments shall be effective upon posting on the EUCERIN Malaysia Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/EucerinMY) and/or EUCERIN Malaysia Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/eucerin_my).
25. For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, or suspension of this Contest by the Organizer shall not entitle the participant(s) to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the participant(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
26. This contest is not organized by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. All participants, however, agree to comply with all rules and regulations as may be imposed by Facebook or Instagram in respect of any posting thereon.
27. Information provided by participants will only be used for the fulfilment of this contest and is provided to the Organizer only, not to Facebook.
28. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
