1. Organizer:

The “Mystery Gift In Your Parcel Online Exclusive Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organized by Watson’s Personal Care Store Sdn Bhd (“the Organizer”/ “Watsons”)

The Campaign will run from 15 October, November, December 2023 (from 12:00am) to 17 October, November, December 2023 (up to 11:59pm) “Campaign Period”)

* The Terms & Conditions of this Campaign may be varied by Watsons prior to the commencement of the Campaign date.

2. Eligibility:
   1. This Campaign is open to all active registered WATSONS members, issued by WATSONS MALAYSIA only.  
   2. Participant must be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
      1. has a Watsons member account which is active throughout the Campaign Period. Active means Watsons member card is activated or registered with contactable member’s details.
      2. Applicable for home delivery parcel only
      3. Applicable for order made on Watsons.com.my and WatsonsMY App only

   1. How it works ?

Step 1: Spend RM100 and above at Watsons.com.my or WatsonsMY app on every 15-17 of Oct, Nov, Dec 2023

Step 2: You will be receiving a mystery gift in your parcel !

1. 1. 1. The risks of redeeming prizes are in the hands of the prize winners. All relevant costs and expenses to redeem one’s prizes are borne by the winners themselves.
      2. The winner is bound by the terms and conditions that comes with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.
      3. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept prize by the winner once informed via Watsons Malaysia when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner and Watsons reserves it rights to award the prize to another winner. Any cancellation and/ or refund request once the booking of the prize has been made is strictly not allowed.
      4. Participants are required to provide accurate and valid personal information in order to validate the registration for the Campaign. Any inaccurate or incomplete details shall render the participation void.
      5. The Organizer reserves the right to, in their discretion, cancel, vary or suspend the Campaign should technical errors or other causes beyond its control affect the administration, security or proper operation of the Campaign.
      6. Organizer reserves the rights to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification to Participants.

4. Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”):
   1. By participating in this Campaign,  Participants  provide their consent to allow Watsons Malaysia to collect, use, and disclose their personal data to any agent and/or third party, all personal data of the Participants  provided by the Participants  pursuant to this Campaign for any and all purposes relating to this Campaign and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of Watsons Malaysia including, without limitation for the running of this campaign and or any event or publicity of the campaign in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.

1. 2. The Participants  acknowledge that Watsons Malaysia are authorized to process the personal data provided pursuant to this Campaign in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found on http://www.watsons.com.my/privacy-policy.

1. 3. The Organiser shall require its agents and/or third party service provider to handle Participants personal information using the same level of care that the Organiser applies. Organiser shall also require them to only use Participant’s personal information in accordance with the Organiser’s instructions.

1. 4. In providing the Participants’ contact number, email address or other contact information, Participants agree that the Organiser and/or its agents and/or its third party service provider may contact them by telephone, mobile phone email or other such method.

5. The Campaign  and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign .
