1. Organizer
   • The “10 UNITS OF HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3 GIVEAWAY” is organised by Watson’s Personal Care Stores Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”/ “Watsons”).
2. The Campaign Period

The “10 UNITS OF HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3 GIVEAWAY” (“this Campaign”) shall run from 25 May – 25 June 2024, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

1. • WATSONS MALAYSIA reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period.

3. Eligibility
   • This Campaign is open to all WATSONS members, issued by WATSONS MALAYSIA only (“Eligible Participant”) and aged 18 years and above.
   •  Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of WATSONS MALAYSIA are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
   •  Employee and immediate family members of the Organizers, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   •  The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice to any party (‘The Extended Period’). Unless an extended period is announced, any entries received after contest period shall be treated as disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions’) which shall remain in full force and effect.

4. Prizes & Participation Criteria
   • To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Participant will need shop min. RM100 Online (WatsonsMY App or Watsons.com.my).
   • Eligible spending excludes Touch ‘n Go Reload, PIN Top-Up, Refunds, and other non-retail spends within WATSONS MALAYSIA stores and Delivery charges at www.watsons.com.my
5. • Participant will need to submit relevant details, including receipt number at https://survey.aswatson.net/WISE/index.php/791917/lang-en  within the Campaign Period.
   • Combined receipts are not allowed.
   • Multiple submissions are accepted provided it is with different receipt number with qualified amount spent.

5. The Promotion
   • How to participate?

Step 1: Register your member card

• Member must be registered with valid mobile number and email address.
• Member can submit their member card registration via Watsons official website (https://www.watsons.com.my/register/main) or Watsons MY mobile app.

Step 2: Shop in Watsonsmy app or Watsons.com.my with RM100 min. spend to be eligible for one (1) entry per Watsons club member.

Step 3: Submit entry at: https://survey.aswatson.net/WISE/index.php/791917/lang-en

     • Shop at Watsons online with RM100 min. spend stand a chance to win 1 (one) of the below listed prizes for 1 (one) eligible winner.

1. • Winner selection logic
     • Watsons to filter all the eligible members who meet the spending criteria and payment platform.
     • Lucky Watsons members will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries received by 25 June 2024 and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizer. If Watsons unable to contact the lucky member several attempts within 7 days from the time deemed by the Organizer, Watsons reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Watsons on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
     • The risks of redeeming prizes are in the hands of the prize winners. All relevant costs and expenses to redeem one’s prizes are borne by the winners themselves. Including shipping fees.
     • The decisions made by the judges/the Organizer are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kinds of medium will not be entertained.
     • The winner is bound by the terms and conditions that comes with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.
     • The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept prize by the winner once informed via Watsons Malaysia when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner and Watsons reserves it rights to award the prize to another winner. Any cancellation and/ or refund request once the booking of the prize has been made is strictly not allowed.
     • Winners must claim their prizes on the Huawei website using the provided gift code. A minimal charge of RM0.10 is required upon checkout. Additional details will be communicated to winners via email.

     • 25 May (from 12:00am) to 25June 2024 (up to 11:59pm)

1. • Promotion participant eligibility
     • The Organizer reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the prizes with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. All prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
     • The visual of the prizes in www.watsons.com.my or any official promotional materials for this Promotion serve as illustration purposes only.
     • All prizes are used/accepted entirely at the risk of the winners at all times and the Organizer excludes all responsibility in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
     • All prizes given are on “as is” basis. The title in the prizes and any risk of loss or damage to the prizes is passed to the prize winners upon physical delivery of the prizes to the prize winners. The Organizer, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for the misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss, expenses, costs, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with and/or the prizes associated with this Promotion.

1. • Other Promotion Details & Terms and Conditions
     • Watsons’ decisions on any matter relating to this Promotion are final and binding on all participants.  If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Watsons.
     • Watsons may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Promotion and extending the Promotion Period. Any such changes will be announced on our website or official Facebook page.
     • By participating in the Promotion, all participants: -
       - consent for Watsons to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion; and
       
       - consent for Watsons to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that Watsons sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
       
       - grant Watsons the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

6. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Promotion.
