Product Usage
Before first use, read the instruction manual thoroughly to understand the specific features and safety guidelines of your pressure cooker. Prepare the food ingredients according to your recipe and place them inside the pressure cooker pot, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line. Add sufficient liquid, such as water or broth, as required. Securely close and lock the lid, making sure the pressure release valve is set to the sealed position. Depending on your recipe, select the appropriate cooking mode such as Meat, Soup, or Rice, and the cooker will begin after a few seconds, or manually set your cooking time by selecting the Pressure Holding menu. The pressure cooker will build up steam inside, increasing the internal pressure to cook food more quickly, and once the desired pressure is reached, the timer will start counting down. After cooking, you can either allow pressure to decrease naturally, ideal for grains or large cuts of meat, or use the Quick Release method by pressing the pressure release button on the top handle while being careful of escaping steam. Note that for Stir-Fry and Cake functions, no pressure is created. Once all pressure is released and it is safe, carefully unlock and open the lid, directing it away from your face. Allow the pressure cooker to cool down before cleaning, and hand wash the lid, sealing ring, and inner pot with warm soapy water.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
