Product Usage
Before first use read the instruction manual thoroughly to understand the specific features and safety guidelines of your pressure cooker Prepare the foods ingredients according to your recipe Place ingredients inside the pressure cooker pot ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line inside the inner pot Add sufficient liquid usually water or broth as required by your recipe Securely close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker Ensure the pressure release valve is set to the sealed position to prevent steam from escaping during cooking Depending on your recipe select the appropriate cooking mode eg Meat Soup Rice and the pressure cooker will start cook after few second or set your cooking time by press the Pressure Holding menu The pressure cooker will build up steam inside increasing the internal pressure to cook food faster Once the desired pressure is reached the timer will begin counting down the cooking time After cooking completes you have two options for releasing pressure Natural Release Allow the pressure to decrease naturally over time This is ideal for delicate foods like grains or when cooking large cuts of meat For menus Stir Fry and Cake are no pressure created Quick Release Press the pressure release button on the top handle to release steam quickly Use caution to avoid burns from escaping steam Once all pressure is released and its safe to open carefully unlock and remove the lid Open it away from your face to avoid hot steam After each use allow the pressure cooker to cool down before cleaning Hand wash the lid sealing ring and cooking pot with warm soapy water

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
