Terms and Conditions
Only successful sign ups through an invitation link qualify existing and new users for Watsons “Refer A Friend” voucher.
Referrer to receive his or her “Refer A Friend” voucher after the referee’s order status is “shipped”.
Watsons “Refer A Friend” voucher is not transferable for cash.
Watsons “Refer A Friend” voucher earned in separate accounts cannot be combined into one Watsons account.
The same mobile device cannot be used to invite friends and accept a friend’s invitation. Watsons reserves the right to conduct fraud checks whenever necessary.
Invitations should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Invitations links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (Such as coupon websites or forums).
An invited friend may only sign up with one invitation link. If an invited friend receives the invitation links from multiple Watsons users, only the corresponding Watsons user of the invitation link used by the invited friends will receive Watsons “Refer A Friend” voucher.
Watsons reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove Watsons “Refer A Friend” voucher if we noticed any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in any violation of the Watsons Terms & Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all the invitation activities and to suspend accounts or modify invitations at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Watsons reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions with notice, or withdraw or discontinue our “Refer A Friend” program at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to “Refer A Friend”, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
