1.Please close the zipper firmly after use. 2.After opening, even if the zipper is closed, liquid may leak if the zipper is facing down, so be sure to store it with the zipper facing up. 3.For hygiene reasons, please refrain from reusing masks once used. 4.Please use it as soon as possible after opening. 5.The mask does not dissolve in water, so please do not flush it down the sink or toilet. 6.Avoid using around the eyes and lips. Do not use on areas with abnormalities such as wounds, swelling, or eczema. Carefully check for any abnormalities on your skin before use. Please discontinue use if you notice any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, loss of color (vitiligo etc.) or darkening during use. Continued use will worsen the condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store in extremely hot or cold places, or in direct sunlight. Be careful not to get it in the eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse it off immediately without rubbing. If a foreign body sensation remains in your eyes, please consult an ophthalmologist.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
