Product Usage
- Apply before mascara in the same way as mascara. Before the first use, fully load the brush with the primer. Place the brush at the base of eyelashes and sweep up to the tip as if to hold them up. Use the edge of the brush to apply to lower eyelashes by holding the brush vertically. Wait for the primer to dry, and then apply your mascara over it. The black content seen in the product is fiber. We recommend using makeup remover for the eye area to remove.

Warnings
Do not use this product if it does not suit your skin or on sensitive or problem areas, such as open wounds or rashes. Stop using if you experience redness, swelling, itching, or irritation during use. If symptoms appear, we recommend you consult your dermatologist. Continuous use may worsen these symptoms. Do not let the product get in your eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Consult your eye doctor if a problem persists. Store out of reach of small children or sufferers of dementia in order to prevent accidental swallowing. Do not store the product in high temperatures or under direct sunlight.Wipe off all leftover liquid from the container opening after use, and close the cap tightly.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
