Home Delivery

1. Home Delivery services is available for purchase within Malaysia (West & East Malaysia).

2. Your parcel will be delivered using Watson's appointed delivery courier company.

3. Once order and payment is made, you are not allowed to change the delivery address unless special case.

4. Home Delivery orders will be delivered within 2 – 5 working days.

5. Free Delivery is valid with minimum purchase of RM100 for West Malaysia and RM150 for East Malaysia for the 1st 3kg

6. Here are more information on Home Delivery charges:

•  RM7 (for West Malaysia) & RM20 (for East Malaysia) delivery fee will be charged per order within the first 3kg if order value below RM100 (for West Malaysia) & RM 150 (for East Malaysia)

Delivery Time

1. We always strive to provide the best to delivery your orders as soon as we can.

2. Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays during office hours.

During Promotion Period

1. Please do expect a slight delay in shipping due to large volume of orders. However, we will try our best to delivery as soon as we can.
