Warnings
Duster is not reusable and cannot be washed. Handy Duster is designed for dusting surfaces only, and not to be used for other purposes. Not suitable for use on wet surfaces . Use light sweeping motions. Do not use on splintered surfaces to avoid tearing of fibres. To avoid scratches, do not use on TVs, LCD screens, furniture or other delicate surfaces if grains, sand, or hard dirt particles are trapped in Duster. Do not use on exteriors of automobiles. Turn off power sources of TV and other home appliances before dusting. For light bulbs pr objects with high temperatures, turn off power supply first and allow to cool before dusting. Avoid exposure of Dsuter to direct sunlight and high temperatures. Do not leave Duster on plain wood or furniture for extended periods of time. This may result in discolouration. Excessive force may cause Handle to break. Do not force Duster into spaces if it doesn't fit. This may result in Duster detachment and damage.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
