Open the seal on the surface from the part marked Open and take out one sheet at a time. To prevent the contents from drying, firmly reseal the pack after use.

Warnings
Do not use in case of scar eczema or other skin condition. Stop use in case of irritation discoloration (white spots) darkening or other skin condition and consult dermatologist. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes wash immediately. Please rinse off your eyes if it gets into your eyes. Consult with an ophthalmologist if the abnormality remains. Persons who are vulnerable to cold stimulation of menthol andor sensitive to alcohol should refrain from using this product. Volaile particles may sting eyes. Caution for fire. Keep out of children's reach. Do not discharge this product in a flush toilet because this sheet is not soluble in water. Do not place this product in any place where it can be subjected to high temperatures. The product may leak if it is pushed hard accidentally such as inside a bag. Use this product as soon as possible after opening. Not to be used for children under three years of age and which remain in prolonged contact with the skin.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
