Product Usage
The KOOLFEVER Cooling Towel is a new anti-heat product. The Towel contains cooling ingredients and plenty of moisture, so just by wiping your body with the towel, the moisture in the sheet absorbs heat and evaporates to give you the refresh and cool down feel.
Ingredients
Water, Ethanol, Menthol, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Chlorhexidine digluconate, Butylene Glycol, Menthoxypropanediol, Royal jelly. Sheet size: approx 46 cm x 23 cm Contents: 5 pcs
Warnings
Precautions for use . The following persons should not use this product. . Infants, persons with dementia, and who cannot use the product properly. Persons with weak skin and who are sensitive to cooling sensation. Persons whose eyes or eye surrounding areas have abnormal conditions such as illness, inflammation, injury, swelling, eczema, or those who are receiving medical treatment. Persons with disabilities must use this product under the supervision of a guardian. There may be a danger of suffocation if the product is accidentally applied to the mouth or nose. Close your eyes during use. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse with clean or warm water immediately. Consult an ophthalmologist with this product if any abnormal condition persists. Stop using immediately in case of any strong discomfort on the skin (itch, pain, etc.) or any abnormal conditions (swelling, rash, etc.) during use. Consult a dermatologist with this product if the abnormal skin condition persists. Keep out of reach of children and persons with dementia. This product is not a medicine. Do not use it for a long period, such as during sleeping. Once opened, the cooling effect of the eye mask will decrease gradually; please use it as soon as possible. Avoid high temperatures and store in a cool, dark place.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
