Honey is a great natural sweetener for cooking. It is also the best natural moisturizer to help your skin absorb and lock-in the moisture. Honey contains antioxidants that can prevent the formation of wrinkles. You can dissolve 2 tablespoons of honey with 8 tablespoons of water and spread the honey on your face as a face mask. Leave it for 10 minutes. Gently rinse off with lukewarm water.

Olive oil contains linoleic acid that can strengthen the skin to create a protective barrier against sun damage and maintain the moisture of the skin. You can dab some olive oil on dry skin or add it to the warm bath water to relieve itchy skin.

Cucumber is a popular natural ingredient in skincare products. It is rich in many nutrients, such as magnesium, potassium, vitamin A and vitamin E. It is also a great source of water for the body. Its high-water content helps to prevent the formation of wrinkles, brighten the skin and relieve the puffy eyes. Peel and cut the cucumber into slices and then apply them to under your eyes to get rid of dark circles and bags. You can also mix some honey with cucumber puree to make a hydrating mask.

Aloe vera is widely used as a moisturizer. It benefits to moisturize all types of skin but not greasy. It is rich in amino acids, calcium, magnesium, sodium, enzymes and polysaccharides. Our skin can penetrate these properties effectively and deeply. If you are sunburned, you can peel an aloe vera and use its gel to promote a cooling effect to your skin.
