Let’s be honest, when your period is all over the place, it can be such a headache (both literally and emotionally). Dah lah takde angin, takde rebut, tetiba je dia datang, pastu tetiba hilang macam tu je. Dah macam biskut orang kata huwaaa 😞

Let’s see if your periods are irregular or not. Here are some signs:

  1. Your cycle is unpredictable

One month it’s 21 days, the next it’s 35. Seriously, can our hormones make up our mind, please?! If your cycle is always changing, that’s a sign of an irregular period.

  • You’ve skipped a period (or two)

When your period just ghosts you without warning (and no, you’re not pregnant 😂), it could mean your cycle’s off balance.

  • The flow is super heavy or weirdly light

If you notice your period suddenly changes from being really light to super heavy, or the other way around, it could be a sign that something’s off. Definitely something irregular!

💡 A little tip: If your flow is heavy, it’s important to use sanitary pads designed for it. Look for the following features:

  • Size: Opt for a night/maternity pad.
  • Material: Cotton is the best choice for comfort.

  • Exercise regularly

Regular exercise helps balance hormones and reduce stress (which can really mess with your period). You don’t need to spend hours at the gym, just a 30-minute walk, a yoga session, or even Zumba can do wonders!

  • Manage stress

Stress can really throw your period off. Find time to relax, whether it’s through meditation, deep breathing, binge-watching your favourite show or indulging in a pampering spa day, find what helps you relax! 😳
