As a beginner of makeup, it’s always too much to know and learn since there are so many similar makeup products appear in the market. Speaking of the beauty bags essential, both blush and bronzer seem to serve a similar purpose. Yet, do you really know the difference between them? Blush vs Bronzer?

When both blush and bronzer are the makeup products to put on your cheeks mainly, you may wonder what the difference between them is. Firstly, blush has the ability to brighten your face up by adding color on your cheeks. Usually, blush has a wide variation of pink, peach, and plum. Application wise, you can simply adding blush on the apples of cheek and cheekbones.

On the other hand, bronzer tends to create sun-kiss tan look, most of them are brown or gold in color. When it comes to application, you can apply on both of apples of cheek, cheekbones, jawline and contour the face.

When to use blush?

Blush can add a touch of softer, flushed color and is also great for daywear, but only if used sparingly—too much color can create a heavily made-up look. Whichever you choose, keep in mind that less is more, and be sure to keep the color (whether pink or bronze) within range of your natural skin tone.

When to use bronzer?

Bronzer is perfect for casual weekend events, as well as more made-up evening looks, particularly those that include contouring. While bronzer can definitely be worn all year round, keep in mind that it often looks “summery,” making it a natural choice for warmer months.
