- Recycle – Make something out of your plastic bottles and food boxes rather than chucking them straight to the bin. There are aplenty of recycle tips on YouTube to help you out. At least, let us help the environment for once!
- Writing a journal – We have become engross with our fast-paced life, why not put your feelings down on paper and pen. Release your feelings and things you are grateful about every day. Trust us, reading this back later would give you a sense of feeling good.

- Volunteer for a good cause – With time in your hand, volunteering from home can be made possible where you can provide an extra pair of ears to help those who are going through distress. A few NGOs are looking for volunteers for their hotline and you can find one that fit in to you.
- Show Some Extra Love – You cannot go out with your friends? You can surprise them with some home delivery with a plant, or a bag of feel-good goodies. In return, you get an extra love too. 😊
